Here’s some information about the Middle School Retreat.
How do I register my teen?
- Fill out the “Registration and Release of Liability” form.
- Return the Registration form to me or the church office by February 10th.
How do I pay for the event?
Option A: Pay the full $100 yourself.
Option B: Pay for half yourself and the church will automatically cover the other half
Option C: Let the church automatically cover half and then have your teen write a letter to the CE committee about why they want to go to the retreat. The committee will review the letter, deciding whether or not to grant a full scholarship for the retreat. The next CE meeting is Monday, February 8th. Please have letters submitted by then.
How do I get my teen to the retreat?
I will be driving the church bus to Highlands. We will leave at 4:00 pm from the church parking lot on the north side. We will stop for dinner on the way so please make sure your teen has some cash for fast food.
If your teen cannot ride on the bus, then you will be responsible for getting them to Highlands.
Can I bring my friends?
Yes! Yes! Yes! If you need more registration forms, let me know or download them from http://www.highlandscamp.org/?site_id=801&id_sub=16214&page_id=15057&productgallery_id=1
All payment option listed above hold for friends too.
